Charleroi

Charleroi continues its transformation with, from West to East, new perspectives focused on the Sambre. The Real Estate Forum will be the opportunity to present the master plan "Charleroi-Sambre-West" which will draw the new face of this part of the city hard hit by the decline of the industry, with the aim of vitalising it, deploy economic activity, and put the river at the heart of landscape, logistical and development issues.
