Châtelet

For several years, Châtelet has invested in the renovation of its town centre with a view to making the town more attractive, generating pleasure in living and working in a historic urban area, improving the quality of public spaces, promoting the rich cultural heritage, and developing new facilities.

The projects presented are an integral part of this movement that is already well underway and envisage the creation of new services and quality housing in strategic locations. The move to increase the attractiveness of the area will take advantage of the land potential available along the ring road and near the train station for the creation of quality housing and economic opportunities.
