La Sambrienne

La Sambrienne is the public service housing company (SLSP), approved by the Société Wallonne du Logement - Walloon Housing Company (SWL), that operates in Charleroi and Gerpinnes. With a portfolio of about 10,000 housing units, it also manages 2,000 garages, shops and premises for associations.

A major player in the social action and economy of the Charleroi area, it employs nearly 200 people there to serve its 18,000 inhabitants, its partners and its potential tenants.

La Sambrienne is a model of excellence in public housing. Its projects highlight the capacities of the sector, at the forefront of low-energy construction and renovation techniques.
